標準污泥干燥機

WATROMAT®批處理污泥脫水機使用干燥的空氣，以減少濾餅污泥的重量和體積。污泥干燥WATROMAT®批處理污泥烘干機是中小型板框壓濾機污泥濾餅的理想選擇。濾餅污泥被填充到WATROMAT®干燥容器中，將用干空氣干燥。干燥所有WATROMAT®容器集成的引爆系統。污泥干燥與WATROMAT®標準的污泥干燥機是維護窮人和無(wú)排放。

箱式污泥干燥機

帶式污泥干燥機

WATROMAT®帶式污泥干燥機采用的烘干隧道和空調，空氣干燥，減少污水污泥儲存的體積和重量。 WATROMAT®帶式污泥干燥機適用于污水污泥脫水帶式壓濾機離心機，沉降或螺旋壓力機。污水污泥將被分配到一個(gè)穿孔帶，慢慢地經(jīng)過(guò)一個(gè)隧道污泥運，輕輕地干燥，干燥的空氣條件。 WATROMAT®帶式污泥干燥機在封閉系統中的無(wú)排放，無(wú)異味。

干污泥運輸系統

WATROMAT®，干污泥裝袋單元采用高壓風(fēng)機，干污泥輸送到單向袋?？誛ATROMAT®干污泥的干燥容器不使用叉式起重適合干污泥裝袋單元。污泥件要與真空無(wú)塵吸走。干污泥裝袋機配備灰塵過(guò)濾器自清潔單元工作免維護。

Standard sludge dryer

WATROMAT® batch sludge dryer use dried air to reduce the weight and volume of filter cake sludge. Sludge drying with WATROMAT® batch sludge dryers is ideal for filter cake sludge from small and medium plate and frame filter presses. The filter cake sludge is filled into WATROMAT® drying containers and will be dried with dry air. All WATROMAT® drying containers have integrated tipping systems. Sludge drying with WATROMAT® standard sludge dryer is maintenance-poor and emission-free.

Container sludge dryer

WATROMAT® container sludge dryer reduces the volume and weight of filter cake sludge semi-continuously with dried air in big skips or hook lift containers. Sludge drying with WATROMAT® container sludge dryer suits for large plate and frame filter presses. The filter cake sludge fall into WATROMAT® drying skips or WATROMAT® hook lift drying containers and will be dried during standing under the filter press.
WATROMAT® container sludge dryers works fully automatic and don't need any handling till the container is filled with dried sludge.

Belt sludge dryer

WATROMAT® belt sludge dryer uses a drying tunnel and conditioned dried air to reduce sewage sludge storage volume and weight. WATROMAT® belt sludge dryer is suited for sewage sludge dewatered by belt filter press, centrifuge, decanter or screw press. Sewage sludge will be distributed on a perforated belt, transported slowly through a sludge tunnel, and softly dried by conditioned dry air. WATROMAT® belt sludge dryer works in an emission free closed system and without odour.

Dry sludge transport system

WATROMAT® dry sludge bagging unit uses high pressure fan to transport dried sludge into one way bag. Dry sludge bagging unit is suited to empty WATROMAT® drying containers holding dry sludge without using a fork-lift. The sludge pieces will sucked away with a vacuum dust free. The dry sludge bagging unit is equipped with a self-cleaning dust filter unit that works maintenance free.
